How It Works

We are ready to discuss your specific health condition and symptoms.  To schedule your one-on-one Surgical Review with Dr. K:

Gather any relevant medical records, imaging reports, and test results from the last 18 months.

Complete our Surgical Review Form and upload your records.

Schedule your consultation with Dr. K at a date and time that is convenient for you.

What happens next?

Dr. K will personally review your medical records, discuss your situation with you, evaluate whether restorative reproductive surgery may be appropriate, and provide individualized recommendations for next steps.

The Surgical Review fee is $200. Should you proceed with surgery at CRRS, this fee will be applied toward your surgical costs.
